This would be a very useful and interesting blog to read because America is awash with job related quarrels and problems.

There is so much ground to cover in getting people to work together cohesively. There will never be a problem free work environment but we can sort issues out quite easily if we try. Afterall, at work, we're getting paid to argue and smile.
